摘要 常染色体显性多囊肾病( ADPKD)是最常见的单基因肾病,其特征在于肾囊肿的进行性发展,高血压和肾实质的破坏,最终导致肾功能衰竭.目前ADPKD的重点治疗在于减缓囊肿的生长速度,遏制肾功能的下降,本文将就ADPKD的药物治疗作一综述.
