“Construction of the Data Economy System”Forum:Contributions of Experts and Scholars to the Development of a Data Economy

The China International Big Data Industry Expo 2019(hereinafter referred to as“Big Data Expo”)was held in Guiyang from May 26 to 29,2019.During the Big Data Expo,the“Right Affirmation,Openness,Sharing,Empowerment of Data:Construction of the Data Economy System”,Forum was successfully held in Guiyang on May 2&2019.The Forum was sponsored by the Big Data Expo Organizing Committee,undertaken by Renmin University of China,Guiyang College,and the Digital Technology Industry Working Committee at China Quality Management Association for Electronics Industry(CQAE).
