南昌市5所三级甲等医院妇产科护理人员职业幸福感与共情疲劳现状及其相关性

Status and correlation study between occupational well-being and compassion fatigue of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology departments in five grade-A tertiary hospitals of Nanchang City

目的调查南昌市5所三级甲等医院妇产科护理人员职业幸福感与共情疲劳现状并分析其相关性。方法采用一般资料问卷、医务工作者职业幸福感问卷和救助人员共情疲劳问卷,于2018年7-12月对南昌市5所三级甲等医院229名妇产科护理人员进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果南昌市5所三级甲等医院229名妇产科护理人员职业幸福感总分为68.28±9.67,共情疲劳总分为52.08±5.46。不同年龄段、职称、学历、工作性质、婚姻状况、工作时间,妇产科护理人员职业幸福感与共情疲劳得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。职业幸福感总分及各维度与共情疲劳总分呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论南昌市5所三级甲等医院妇产科护理人员职业幸福感与共情疲劳之间关系密切,护理管理者可从护理人员职业幸福感的塑造入手,对改善其共情疲劳有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the status and correlation between occupational well-being and compassion fatigue of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology departments in five grade-A tertiary hospitals of Nanchang City. Methods Using the general information questionnaire, the medical workers’ occupational well-being questionnaire and compassion fatigue questionnaire, 229 nurses in obstetrics and gynecology departments in five grade-A tertiary hospitals of Nanchang City were investigated from July to December 2018, and the data were analyzed. Results The total score of occupational well-being and compassion fatigue in 229 nurses in obstetrics and gynecology departments in five grade-A tertiary hospitals of Nanchang City was 68.28 ±9.67 and 52.08±5.46 respectively. There were statistically significant differences in score of occupational well-being and compassion fatigue among different groups in age, title, educational background, nature of work, marital status, and working years(P<0.01). The total score of occupational well-being and dimension score was negatively correlated with the total score of compassion fatigue, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion There is a close relationship between occupational well-being and compassion fatigue in obstetrics and gynecology nursing staff in five grade-A tertiary hospitals of Nanchang City. Nursing managers can start from the shaping of the occupational well-being of nursing staff, which have a positive effect on improving their compassion fatigue.
