摘要
目的调查神经科护士组织沉默与组织支持感的现状,并分析二者间的相关性。方法采用组织沉默量表、组织支持感量表和一般资料问卷,于2018年12月-2019年1月对天津市2所三级甲等医院的262名神经科护士进行调查,使用SPSS24.0进行统计分析。结果神经科护士组织沉默总均分为33.25±10.80,组织支持感总均分为43.02±11.60,护士组织沉默与组织支持感呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论神经科护士组织沉默及组织支持感处于中等水平,组织支持感越高护士组织沉默水平越低,护理管理者应重视神经科护士的想法意见及福利待遇,以促进组织支持感水平的提高,从而改善组织沉默。
Objective To describe the organizational silence and the perceived organizational support among neurological nurses,and explore the relationship between them. Methods Totally 262 neurological nurses in two tertiary grade A hospitals in Tianjin were investigated with the silence behavior scale,perceived organizational support scale and general information questionnaire during December 2018 to January 2019. SPSS 24.0 was used to conduct statistical analysis.Results The scores of organizational silence and the perceived organizational support among neurological nurses were 33.25 ±10.80 and 43.02±11.60 respectively. The organizational silence was negatively related with the perceived organizational support(P<0.01). Conclusion Neurological nurses’ organizational silence and perceived organizational support are at a moderate level. The higher perceived organizational support,the lower the level of organizational silence of nurses. Nursing managers should pay attention to the ideas,opinions and welfare benefits of neurological nurses in order to improve the level of perceived organizational support and thus improve organizational silence.
