空军航空机务人员体成分与血清生化指标的特点及相关性分析

Characteristics and correlation analysis of body composition and serum biochemical indices of Air Force aircraft maintenance crews

摘要 目的调查分析空军航空机务人员体成分、血糖、血脂和血尿酸的特点及相关性,掌握其基本健康水平,并探讨导致代谢性疾病的相关影响因素。方法 2016年1-12月,共抽取229名空军航空机务人员,平均年龄(27.0±6.4)岁,分为≤24、25~29和≥30岁3个年龄组。使用TANITA BC-420身体成分分析仪检测体成分,贝克曼AU5800生化仪检测血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇和血尿酸,并对数据进行分析。结果不同年龄组空军航空机务人员体脂肪率、体脂含量、内脏脂肪率、体质指数(BMI)、血糖、甘油三酯和总胆固醇比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且随着年龄增长,各指标均有所增加。而不同年龄组空军航空机务人员血尿酸比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄与体脂肪率、体脂含量、内脏脂肪率、BMI、血糖、甘油三酯和总胆固醇呈正相关(R=0.37、0.25、0.51、0.23、0.32、0.31、0.41,均P<0.01);BMI与体脂肪率、体脂含量和内脏脂肪率高度相关(R=0.93、0.97、0.91,均P<0.01),与血糖相关性较低(R=0.18,P<0.05);甘油三酯与体脂肪率、体脂含量、内脏脂肪率和血糖有一定相关性(R=0.30、0.26、0.32、0.25,均P<0.01);总胆固醇与体脂肪率、体脂含量和内脏脂肪率有一定相关性(R=0.35、0.29、0.38,均P<0.01),与血糖无明显相关性(R=0.12,P>0.05)。结论不同年龄组空军航空机务人员体成分和血脂关系较密切,体成分的分析对血脂异常的预判有一定指导价值,可为调整机务人员膳食及合理运动提供参考依据。 Objective To investigate and analyze the characteristics and correlation of body composition,blood glucose,blood lipid and blood uric acid of Air Force aircraft maintenance crews,master their basic health level and explore the related influence factors leading to metabolic diseases. Methods From January to December 2016,a total of 229 Air Force aircraft maintenance crews were selected with an average age of(27.0±6.4) years old,and were divided into three age groups:≤24 years old,25-29 years old,and ≥30 years old. Body composition was detected by TANITA BC-420 body composition analyzer. Beckman AU5800 biochemical analyzer was used to detect blood glucose,triglycerides,total cholesterol and blood uric acid. The data were statistically analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences in body fat rate,body fat content,visceral fat rate,BMI,blood glucose,triglyceride and total cholesterol among different age groups(all P<0.05),and the indexes increased with age.The difference in blood uric acid was not statistically significant among the groups(P>0.05). Age was positively correlated with body fat rate,body fat content,visceral fat rate,body mass index(BMI),blood glucose,triglycerides,and total cholesterol(R=0.37,0.25,0.51,0.23,0.32,0.31,0.41,all P<0.01). BMI was highly correlated with body fat rate,body fat content,and visceral fat rate(R=0.93,0.97,0.91,all P<0.01),but the relation with blood glucose was low(R=0.18,P<0.05). The triglyceride was correlated with body fat rate,body fat content,visceral fat rate and blood glucose(R=0.30,0.26,0.32,0.25,all P<0.01). The total cholesterol has a certain correlation with body fat rate,body fat content and visceral fat rate(R=0.35,0.29,0.38,all P<0.01),but not significantly correlated with blood glucose(R=0.12,P>0.05). Conclusion There is a close relationship between body composition and blood lipid of aircraft maintenance crews in different age groups. Through body composition analysis,it has certain guiding value for predicting dyslipidemia,and provides scientific basis for adjusting the diet and reasonable exercise of Air Force aircraft maintenance crews.
