个体化心理干预对类风湿关节炎患者焦虑抑郁及生存质量的影响

Effect of individualized psychological intervention on anxiety,depression and quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨个体化心理干预对类风湿关节炎患者焦虑抑郁状况及生存质量的影响.方法将80例类风湿关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例.两组均予以常规治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上联合个体化心理干预,观察4周.于干预前后采用汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表、简明健康状况调查量表评定焦虑抑郁状况及生活质量.结果干预后两组焦虑、抑郁症状检出率及汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);简明健康状况调查量表评分均较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01).结论个体化心理干预能显著改善类风湿关节炎患者焦虑抑郁状况,提高其生存质量.

Objective To explore the effect of individual psychological intervention on anxiety and depression and quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Patients with RA were collected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases each.Both groups were treated with routine treatment and nursing.On the basis o￡this,the observation group combined with individualized psychological intervention for 4 weeks.HAMA,HAMD and SF-36 were used to assess anxiety and depression and quality of life before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the detection rate of anxiety and depressive symptoms and the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).The SF-36 scores were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions The implementation of individualized psychological intervention can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and improve their quality of life.
