蛹虫草茯茶对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响

摘要 目的:研究不同剂量蛹虫草茯茶对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响。方法:采用高糖高脂饲料喂养4周后,配合链脲佐菌素(STZ)45 mg/kg诱发2型糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为模型对照组,二甲双胍对照组(阳性对照),蛹虫草茯茶高剂量组(1.4 g/kg)、中剂量组(1 g/kg)、低剂量组(0.5 g/kg),另设有正常对照组。连续灌胃给药4周,观察该模型大鼠的体质量、空腹血糖(FBG)、口服糖耐量(OGTT)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、血清胰岛素(INS)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(T-CHO)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)相关指标。结果:与模型对照组比较,蛹虫草茯茶低、中、高剂量组大鼠FBG降低(P<0.05),高剂量组大鼠GHb含量降低(P<0.05),INS含量上升(P<0.05),高剂量组大鼠TG、OGTT、HDL-C显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:蛹虫草茯茶对2型糖尿病大鼠具有降糖的作用,同时可调节其脂代谢的紊乱。 Objective:In order to study the effect of different doses of Cordyceps militaris Fuzhuan tea on blood glucose in type 2 diabetic rats.Methods:After feeding with high sugar and high fat diet for 4 weeks,the model of type 2 diabetes was induced by streptozotocin(STZ)45 mg/kg.The experimental animals were randomly divided into six groups:model control group,metformin control group(positive control group),Cordyceps militaris high dose group(1.4 g/kg),middle dose group(1 g/kg),low dose group(0.5 g/kg),and normal control group.The body weight of the model rats was observed by intragastric administration for four weeks.Fasting blood glucose(FBG),oral glucose tolerance(OGTT),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),insulin,(INS),triglyceride,(TG),total cholesterol(T-CHO),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)were measured.Results:Compared with the model control group,Cordyceps militaris Fuzhuan tea was lower than that of the control group.The FBG in the high dose group was lower(P<0.05),the GHb content in the high dose group was lower than that in the model control group(P<0.05),and the TG,OGTT,HDL-C,AST,ALT content in the high dose group was lower than that in the high dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cordyceps militaris Fuzhuan tea has a hypoglycemic effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus and interferes with the occurrence of hyperlipidemia syndrome and the disorder of lipid metabolism in diabetes mellitus.
