摘要 目的:采用Box-Behnken响应面法进行实验设计,建立模型优化烫狗脊的最佳炮制工艺参数。方法:首先采用高效液相色谱法分别考察了砂量比、砂烫温度、砂烫时间3个因素对烫狗脊中原儿茶酸含量的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,进一步采用Box-Behnken响应面法优选了烫狗脊的最佳炮制工艺。结果:最佳炮制工艺条件为砂量比4.67∶1、砂烫时间5.87 min和砂烫温度177.99℃。工艺验证的实测值与预测值基本一致,偏差率小于1%。结论:优化的炮制工艺参数简单可行,为规范烫狗脊的炮制工艺提供了科学依据。 Objective:To optimize the processing technology of sand stir-baked Cibotium barometz(L.)J.Sm.by Box-Behnken design response surface methodology.Methods:Measuring the content of protocatechuic acid by HPLC,the factors of sand to medicinal herbs ratio,stir-baked time,and stir-baked temperature were investigated.On the basis of single factor experiments,three factors(sand to medicinal herbs ratio,stir-baked time,and stir-baked temperature)were investigated further by response surface,and then the processing technology was optimized by response surface methodology.Results:The optimal parameters of processing technology were as follows:sand to medicinal herbs ratio was 4.67 to 1,stir-baked time was 5.87 minute and stir-baked temperature was 177.99℃.The measured value of the process verification is basically consistent with the predicted one with a deviation rate less than 1%.Conclusion:A simple and feasible processing technology was optimized,which can provide a reference for the processing of sand stir-baked Cibotium barometz(L.)J.Sm..
