摘要
目的:建立皂角刺配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,为皂角刺配方颗粒的鉴别及其质量控制提供实验依据。方法:采用HPLC-DAD法,色谱柱为C18,以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为203 nm,流速为1 mL·min^-1,柱温为30℃,测定10批皂角刺配方颗粒。结果:建立了皂角刺配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,确定6个共有峰为特征峰。结论:该方法稳定、可靠,可用于皂角刺配方颗粒的质量研究和评价。
Objective:To establish the fingerprint of Gleditsiae Spina granules for identifiying and evaluating its quality by HPLC.Methods:The method was performed by HPLC-DAD using C18 with a mobile phase of consisted of acetonitrile-water in gradient mode at a flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1.Column temperature was 30℃,wavelength set at 203 nm.10 batches of Gleditsiae Spina granules were measured.Results:The HPLC fingerprint of Gleditsiae Spina granules particles was established,and the six common peaks were identified as characteristic peaks.Conclusion:The method is stable and reliable,and can be used for quality research and evaluation of Gleditsiae Spina formula granules.
