鼓室内注射地塞米松联合中药治疗突发性耳聋临床疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Intratympanic Injection of Dexamethasone Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy for Sudden Deafness

目的:探讨鼓室内注射地塞米松联合益耳通窍汤治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:选取60例符合诊断标准的突发性耳聋患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组患者在常规治疗基础上隔天鼓室内注射地塞米松,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用益耳通窍汤治疗,比较两组患者平均听阈变化及伴随症状改善情况。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率(76.67%)高于对照组(63.33%),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后平均听阈均低于同组治疗前,且同组治疗前后平均听阈比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组耳鸣、耳闷胀感、眩晕等总有效率(分别为82.76%、91.67%、92.31%)均高于对照组(分别为64.29%、75.00%、66.67%),且两组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼓室内注射地塞米松联合益耳通窍汤治疗突发性耳聋可有效改善突发性耳聋患者的耳鸣、耳闷胀感、眩晕等伴随症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of intratympanic injection of dexamethasone combined with Yier Tongqiao decoction therapy for the patients with sudden deafness.Methods:Sixty patients with sudden deafness who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group injected dexamethasone at intratympanic,once every 2 days for 7 consecutive injections;the observation group was treated with Yier Tongqiao decoction for two weeks on the basis of the control group.The average hearing threshold and the associated symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(76.67%)was higher than that of the control group(63.33%),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups.The average hearing threshold after treatment was lower than that of the same group before treatment,and the difference between the same group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had good tinnitus,ear swell and vertigo efficiency(82.76%,91.67%and 92.31%,respectively)better than the control group(64.29%,75.00%and 66.67%,respectively),and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dexamethasone intratympanic injection combined with Yier Tongqiao decoction therapy can effectively improve the accompanying symptoms such as tinnitus,ear fullness and vertigo in sudden deafness,and improve the quality of life of patients with sudden deafness.
