穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛选穴用药规律分析

Analysis of Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Type Stomach Pain

目的:通过对有关于穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的现代文献进行分析,并概况其选穴规律及用药特点,为穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛提供参考及理论依据。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(WF)等中文数据库,并采用频次分析法,对其中关于穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的临床文献进行分析,归纳总结出穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的选穴及用药规律。最终纳入文献共57篇,其中涉及腧穴24种、中药54味。结果:通过统计分析发现,选穴多以中脘穴为主;所选经脉多以任脉为主,在腧穴所属类型的选择上,多为背俞穴。用药以肉桂、吴茱萸、丁香、干姜、附子等温里药为主,归经多为脾经,药性多为温,药味多为辛。结论:临床上多选用温里药来贴敷中脘穴以治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛,且归于脾肾两经的药物较归于胃经的药物更常被使用。

Objective:To analyze the modern literature about the treatment of spleen-stomach-deficiency type stomach pain with acupoint sticking,and to provide a reference and theoretical basis for the treatment of spleen-stomach deficiency and stomach-type stomach pain by acupoint sticking.Methods:Search Chinese databases such as China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(WF),and VIP Database(VIP),and use frequency analysis method to analyze the clinical literature on acupoint sticking for treating spleen-stomach-deficiency type stomach pain.Analysis,summed up the acupoint sticking treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency type of stomach pain in the selection of points and medication rules.A total of 57 articles were adopted,including 24 acupuncture points and 54 Chinese medicines.Results:It can be seen from statistics and analysis that the selection of acupoints is mainly based on Zhongxu points;the selected meridians are mainly Renmai,and the selection of the types of acupoints is mostly Shushu.Most of the medicines are cinnamon,sorghum,clove,dried ginger,and aconite.Most of them are Wenli medicine.Most of them are spleen,and the medicinal properties are mostly warm.Conclusion:In clinical practice,wenli medicine is often used to apply zhongwan acupoint to treat stomachache caused by Deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach,and drugs attributed to spleen and kidney meridians are more commonly used than those attributed to stomach meridians.
