探析《医林改错》中活血化瘀的组方规律

Exploring the Formulation Law of Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis in Medical Forestry Correction

目的:应用数据挖掘方法,分析《医林改错》中活血化瘀方剂的用药规律,并探讨其对现在临床应用方面的价值。方法:收集整理《医林改错》全书方剂,通过中医传承辅助平台V2.5建立数据库,采用关联规则Apriori算法、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等方法进行数据的统计与分析。结果:共筛选出《医林改错》全书方剂33首,使用药物频次≥10次的药物有7味,分别是桃仁、红花、赤芍、当归、黄芪、川芎、甘草;药物归经频率最高为肝经,药物四气频率最高为温性,五味频率最高为辛、甘味。获得高频对药10组、角药4组;通过关联规则分析得到11条药物关联规则;通过复杂系统熵聚类分析得到核心药物组合6组,新处方3首。结论:《医林改错》中,王清任治疗血瘀病症时注重肝脾二经同调,活血养血,辅助以调理心肺二经,补气行血,生成的3首新方剂可以为临床开发活血化瘀的复方制剂提供参考,并可尝试从"异病同治"的角度探索3首新方对于中药治疗肿瘤的借鉴作用。

Objective: To analyze the medication rule of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescription in Medical Forest Correction by data mining method, and to explore its value in clinical application. Methods: Collecting and sorting out the prescriptions of Medical Forestry Correction, establishing the database through V2.5, using association rules Apriori algorithm, improved mutual information method, complex system entropy clustering and other methods for data statistics and analysis. Results: A total of 33 prescriptions were screened out in the book of Medical Forestry Correction. There were 7 medicines with drug frequency more than 10 times, namely Taoren(peach kernel), Honghua(carthamus), Chishao(red peony), Danggui(Chinese angelica), Huangqi(Astragalus membranaceus), Chuanxiong(chuanxiong) and Gancao(licorice). The frequency of meridian tropism was the highest in the liver meridian, the frequency of four medicinal odors was the highest in the warmth, and the frequency of five flavors was the highest in the pungent and sweet flavors. High frequency drug matching 10 groups and corner drug 4 groups were obtained;11 drug association rules were obtained by association rule analysis, and 6 core drug combinations and 3 new prescriptions were obtained by analysis. Conclusion: WANG Qing-ren pay attention to the coherence of liver and spleen meridians, promoted blood circulation and nourishes blood, assisted in regulating heart and lung meridians, invigorated Qi and promoted blood circulation in the treatment of blood stasis. The 3 new preparations can provide reference for clinical development of compound preparations for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and try to explore the reference role of 3 new preparations for the treatment of tumors with traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of "treating different diseases with the same treatment".
