高校学生学籍档案的数字化管理模式研究

高校学籍档案管理工作作为高校档案管理工作的重中之重,它不仅可以提供准确完整的学生学籍信息,也可以帮助我们了解学生的入学情况、在校情况以及毕业情况。在当前的高校档案管理中,管理人员要能够认清数字化的发展趋势,将档案管理的数字化技术应用到日常的工作中,不断改善传统的管理模式,发挥学籍档案的更大价值。本文基于“互联网+学籍档案”的管理视角,对高校学生学籍档案管理工作的管理现状与意义进行了简要阐释,进而分析了学籍档案的数字化管理模式的形成路径,希望对高校学籍档案的管理工作有所启示。

As a top priority in the management of college archives,college student file management can not only provides accurate and complete student information,but also helps us understand the students'enrollment,school situation and graduation.In the current university archives management,managers must be able to recognize the development trend of digitalization,apply the digital technology of file management to daily work,continuously improve the traditional management mode,and bring greater value to the student archives.Based on the management perspective of"Internet+Student Status Archives",this paper briefly explains the current situation and significance of the management of college students'records management,and then analyzes the formation path of the digital management mode of student records,having Some inspiration for managing the college records.
