摘要
自2015年以来关于城建档案馆的研究在持续增加,但是运用数学方法进行相关探究的论文甚少。选取TOPSIS算法为切入点,对深圳市城建档案馆的利用(文献查询利用、文件网络利用、政府公开信息查询利用)、接收(城建档案接收、文件文书接收、政府公开信息接收)和档案培训三个维度进行归一化处理,且对年度指标值与最优值的接近程度及排序进行相关计算,最后对结果原因进行分析并提出展望。
Since 2015,the research on urban construction archives has been on the rise,but there are few papers using mathematical methods to carry out relevant researches.Based on TOPSIS algorithm as a starting point,the use of Shenzhen urban construction archives(literature query using,file network utilization,open government information query using)and receiving(urban construction archives the receive,file documents,the government public information receiving)and archives training normalization processing three dimensions,and close to the annual index and optimal vector-valued sort degree and the relevant calculation,the reason analysis and put forward the prospect of the results.
