档案管理在当前的医院管理中成为主要的管理内容,创建完善的医院档案能够为医院各项工作的开展提供有效支撑,特别针对病患档案的管理,能够保障医院实现针对性救治。现如今在大数据、云计算等的支持下档案形态从纸质走向数字,档案管理从实体管理走向数据管理,档案利用从实体传递走向走向信息化传递,这是数字时代档案管理的必然趋势,也是新时代档案利用的应然之选。数字时代,医院档案管理工作同样需要紧随发展大势,构建与数字时代相契合的档案管理模式。本文在对医院档案管理活动进行分析时,主要基于数字化时代对医院档案管理活动起到的促进作用进行分析,进一步探讨了当前医院档案管理的显存问题,并针对管理模式的创新提出具体建议。

Archive management has become the main management content in current hospital management.The creation of a complete hospital archive can provide effective support for the development of various hospital tasks,especially for the management of patient files,which can guarantee the hospital to achieve targeted treatment.Nowadays,with the support of big data and cloud computing,the file form moves from paper to digital,file management moves from entity management to data management,and file utilization moves from entity to information transfer.This is an inevitable trend of file management in the digital age.It is also the right choice for the use of archives in the new era.In the digital age,hospital file management also needs to follow the development trend and build a file management model that is compatible with the digital age.In the analysis of hospital file management activities,this paper mainly analyzes the promotion role of hospital archives management activities in the digital age,further explores the current memory problem of hospital file management,and puts forward specific suggestions for the innovation of management mode.
