某省病案专业人员素质现状分析

Analysis on the Personnel Quality of Medical Record Specialty in A Province

目的了解目前某省二级及以上综合医院病案专业人员素质现状,探索加强病案专业人员素质建设的路径和方法。方法通过对某省95家二级及以上综合医院病案专业人员素质现状的调查问卷,统计时间至2018年6月,利用Excel进行数据的统计分析。结果 10.53%的病案专业科室负责人为非医学相关专业背景,16.84%的病案专业科室负责人最高学历为中专及以下,14.74%的病案专业科室负责人为初级专业技术职称;31.45%的病案从业人员为非医学相关专业,62.67%的病案从业人员为本科以下学历,53.52%的病案从业人员为初级专业技术职称;20.69%的编码人员没有医学相关专业背景,仅有51.72%的编码人员接受过省级及以上组织的编码培训。结论某省病案专业科室负责人资质有待规范、病案从业人员素质有待提高、编码人员专业性有待加强。大力提升病案管理水平,加强ICD相关培训,吸纳高素质病案专业人才是提高某省病案从业人员整体素质水平的有效措施。

Objective To understand the current situations of the quality of medical record professionals in the comprehensive hospitals at higher than the second level in A Province,explore the ways and methods to strengthen the quality construction of medical record professionals in comprehensive hospitals in A Province,and promote the improvement of the overall level of medical record professionals in the hospitals in A Province.Methods The quality of the medical record professionals in the comprehensive hospitals at higher than the second level in A Province was analyzed through questionnaire survey by June 2018.And use Microsoft Excel for data analysis.Results 10.53 % of the leaders of medical record departments are non-medical related professional backgrounds,16.84 % of the leaders of medical record departments with highest academic qualifications are secondary schools and below,and 14.74 % of the leaders of medical record departments are are junior professional technical titles;31.45 % of medical record practitioners are non-medical related professionals,62.67 % of medical record practitioners are bachelor degree below,and 53.52 % of medical record practitioners are junior professional technical titles;20.69 % of coding staff have no medical related professional background,and only 51.72 % of coding staff have received coding training from provincial organizations and above.Conclusion The qualifications of the leaders of medical record departments in a Province need to be standardized,the quality of medical record practitioners needs to be improved,and the professionalism of coding staff needs to be strengthened.To standardize the qualifications of medical record department leaders as well as medical record practitioners and coders,to develop the level of medical record management within the region and ICD-related continuing education activities vigorously,to introduce relevant policies to absorb high-quality medical record professionals are the effective measures to improve the overall quality of medical record practitioners in a Province.
