Promoting Day Surgery with Performance Appraisal Management

目的探讨在保证日间手术质量的同时,促进日间手术进一步开展的管理方法。方法2018年开始在严格规范日间手术准入标准的前提下,某三甲医院将日间手术纳入绩效管理,评价该管理措施的效果。结果2018年科室开展的全部日间手术量为(581.7±531.7)较2017年(330.1±369.2)增多,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;2018年在科室内部开展日间手术量为(426.3±414.1)较2017年(192.7±316.8)增多,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。2018年含日间手术平均住院日较不含日间手术平均住院日缩短0.32天。2018年含日间手术例均费用较不含日间手术例均费用降低1086.65元。无日间手术相关严重并发症,无手术相关死亡,无非计划再入院。结论在严格准入标准的前提下,通过绩效管理是促进日间手术开展的有效手段。

Objective To explore the management methods of promoting day surgery while ensuring the quality of surgery.Methods In 2018,under the strict standardization of day surgery access standards,the hospital introduced a performance appraisal management to compare the effects of the above-mentioned management measures before and after implementation.Results The total amount of day surgery performed in 2018 was(581.7±531.7) more than that in 2017(330.1±369.2),P<0.05,with statistical difference;The amount of day surgery performed in the ward in 2018 was(426.3±414.1),which was higher than that in 2017(192.7±316.8),P<0.05,with statistical difference.The average hospitalization day with day surgery in 2018 was 0.32 days shorter than the average hospitalization day without day surgery.In 2018,the average cost of day surgery cases was lower by1086.65 yuan than that of the case without day surgery.There were no serious complications after operation,no day-to-day surgery-related deaths,and no plans to re-admit.Conclusion On the premise of strict admission criteria,taking performance appraisal management of day surgery is an effective means to ensure the quality of day surgery and promote the development of day surgery.
