探索南开“公能”素质教育下的团学育人体系——以南开大学滨海学院团学工作为例

Exploring the Youth League Education System under the Quality-oriented Education of Nankai: Taking Youth League Work of Nankai University Binhai College as an Example

南开“公能”素质教育源自于南开大学校训“允公允能,日新月异”,是南开精神的精髓所在,意为培养德才兼备的人才。它强调以“公能”为主线,促进知行合一,德、智、体、美的相互融合、协调发展。本文通过探索南开“公能”素质教育的内涵,不断将其融入至南开大学滨海学院的团学工作育人体系中,将南开精神不断发扬光大,积极探索南开“公能”素质教育新的时代内涵。

Nankai"Gongneng"quality-oriented education originated from the school motto of Nankai University which is"Dedication to Public Interests,Acquisition of All-round Capability,and Aspiration for Progress with Each Day",and it is the essence of Nankai spirit.It means that schools should cultivate talents with both ability and political integrity.It emphasized that the"Gongneng"as the main line promoting the integration of knowledge and action,and the mutual integration and mutual development of morality,intelligence and beauty.This essay explored the connotation of Nankai quality-oriented education,and continuously integrated it into the Youth League education work of the Nankai University Binhai College,so as to let the spirit of Nankai continue to flourish,and actively explore the new epochal connotation of Nankai quality-oriented education.
