摘要
围绕国家“双一流”建设目标,打造一流的研究生教育,而研究生课程教学则是研究生教育的基础。分析现行食品工程专业学位研究生课程体系存在的课程体系设置偏离培养目标,课程结构设置与培养目标不匹配,课程内容陈旧、前沿性、应用性不强,实践课程设置灵活性不够,指导教师队伍素质亟待加强等问题,提出在“双一流”建设背景下,科学合理构建食品工程专业学位研究生课程体系的思考与建议。
Focusing on the country's goals of"double first-rate"construction,we aim to create first-rate postgraduate education,while the teaching of postgraduate courses is the basis of postgraduate education.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current curriculum system of food engineering for professional degree postgraduates,such as the deviation of the curriculum system from the cultivation goals,the mismatched curriculum structure and training goals,outdated and too theoretical curriculum content,inflexible arrangement of practical courses,and teachers'poor qualities.Then it puts forward suggestions for the curriculum system of food engineering for professional degree postgraduates under the background of"double first-rate"construction.
