楚雄师范学院公管专业实践课程建设初探——以“人力资源开发与管理”课程为例

Preliminary Exploration on the Construction of Practice Courses for the Public Administration Major in Chuxiong Normal University: Taking the "Human Resources Development and Management" Course as an Example

本文以地方师范类院校的非师专业中的“人力资源开发与管理”课程为例,根据对2013~2015级公管专业学生的问卷调查,对地方师范类院校非师专业的实践课程教学改革进行初步探索,以期为高校的实践课程教学体系改革提供信息参考。

Taking the"Human Resources Development and Management"course in non-teacher majors of local normal colleges and universities as an example,based on the questionnaire survey of public administration majors from Grade 2013 to Grade 2015,this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the teaching reform of practice courses for non-teacher majors of local normal colleges and universities,hoping to provide reference for the teaching system reform of practice courses in colleges and universities.
