我国师范专业人才培养模式实践探索的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 作为一种特殊职业,教师的专业化程度很高,且对象是具有能动性的人。这就要求在人才培养过程中,师范院校要注重提高教师教育的专业性,包括理论知识的掌握和专业技能的训练。为顺应现代社会快速发展的要求,在师范教育的人才培养模式方面,高等师范院校进行了积极的实践探索,取得了很多有借鉴价值的成果,包括基于时间年限的培养模式、注重专业应用性的培养模式以及具有鲜明学科特色的培养模式等。高等师范院校实践探索出来的多样化的人才培养模式,为我国培养高素质的教师队伍提供了强有力的后勤保障。 As a special profession with a high degree of professionalism and a labor target pointing to a person,teachers need to improve professional education and get professional skills,which require normal colleges and universities to pay attention to the cultivation of basic knowledge.In order to meet the requirements of modern society development,normal education has carried out positive reforms and innovations in the mode of talent training,and has achieved rich results,including the mode of talent training based on time limit,and the mode of talent training focusing on professional application.In addition,based on the purpose of improving comprehensive quality and enhancing professional skills,different curriculum suggested different modes of talent training with distinctive characteristics.The diversified modes of talent training advised by practice exploration provide a strong logistical support for cultivating high-quality teacher teams.
