Experimental Discussion on the Influence of Comprehension-based Teaching Method on the Learning of the Badminton Optional Course for Higher Vocational Students

羽毛球属于体育运动项目中的一种隔网对抗运动。在高职校园体育选项课程中,羽毛球课程深受学生喜爱,但是在实际教学中,学生的羽毛球学习还存在着一些问题,对羽毛球缺乏深入了解,也不能将教师讲授的动作要领转换为自身运动技能。针对这种情况,教师应该实施有针对性的教学策略,而领会教学法就是一种较为有效的教学方法,它的运用有利于提升学生对羽毛球学习的兴趣,增强学生自信,加强学生的认知。

Badminton is a competitive sport with a net in the middle.In the higher vocational college campus,the badminton optional course is very popular among students.However,in the actual teaching,there are still some problems in the badminton learning of students.They lack an in-depth understanding of badminton and cannot transform the essentials of performance taught by the teacher into their own sports skills.In view of this situation,teachers should implement targeted teaching strategies,while the comprehension-based teaching method is an effective teaching method.Its application is beneficial to enhancing students'interest in badminton learning,enhancing their self-confidence and strengthening their understanding.
