高职思想政治教育中显性教育与隐性教育相统一路径探究

Exploration on the Way to Unify Explicit Education with Recessive Education in Higher Vocational Ideological and Political Education

显性教育和隐性教育是实现教育功能的两种不同呈现形式,对思想政治教育起到不同的作用。本文试从分析高职思政教育中显性教育和隐性教育的内涵和特点出发,探寻在高职思政教育中统一显性教育与隐性教育的路径,从而创设隐性思政教育平台,创新隐性思政教育的方式方法,从而使显性教育与隐性教育相统一,提高高职思政教育的实效性。

Explicit education and recessive education are two different manifestations of realizing educational function,which play different roles in Ideological and political education.Starting from the analysis of the connotations and characteristics of explicit and implicit education in higher vocational ideological and political education,this paper tries to find a way to unify explicit and implicit education in higher vocational ideological and political education,in order to create a recessive ideological and political education platform,innovate the ways and methods of recessive ideological and political education,so as to unify explicit education and recessive education,and improve the effectiveness of higher vocational ideological and political education.
