现代学徒制背景下中职旅游专业导游培养模式探究

Research on the Training Model of Tour Guides in Secondary Vocational Tourism Specialty under the Context of Modern Apprenticeship System

近年来,现代学徒教育已成为职业教育改革的先驱,也是中等职业学校旅游人才培养的一个重要方式。在此趋势下,学校的培训计划应当符合当前学徒制下的导游培养模式要求,有目标地对中职旅游人才进行培养。本文对现代学徒制背景下中等职业学校导游人才培养模式进行了简要的分析和探讨,以便培养出适应社会需要的优秀人才。

In recent years,modern apprenticeship education has become a pioneer of vocational education reform and an important way of training tourism talents in secondary vocational schools.Under this trend,the training plan of schools should meet the requirements of the current training mode of guides under the apprenticeship system and aim at training tourism talents in secondary vocational schools.This paper makes a brief analysis on the training mode of tour guides in secondary vocational schools under the background of modern apprenticeship,in order to cultivate excellent talents to meet the needs of society.
