摘要 本文通过问卷调查和访谈,深入掌握城乡教师交流活动的具体情况,分析城乡教师交流政策的实施情况和存在的问题,以及影响城乡交流教师积极参与交流活动的内外因素,探寻解决城乡教师交流低效的策略,为科学、合理地制定城乡教师交流政策提供切实可行的、有价值的参考建议。 Through questionnaires and interviews,we aim to thoroughly learn the specific situation of communication between urban and rural teachers.We analyzed the implementation of policies for the communication between urban and rural teachers,and problems in the communication and the factors affecting the active participation of urban and rural teachers in the communication.Them we explored strategies to improve the efficiency of urban and rural teachers'communication,and provided feasible and valuable suggestions for formulating the relevant policies scientifically and rationally.
