摘要 数字化是迈向工业4.0智能制造的关键第一步。制造业自动化运营技术OT(如气动)与各种组件,必须经历全面彻底的数字化转型升级,并通过工业4.0主干网络通信技术CT(如PROFINET),才能与信息技术IT进行深入的数字化融合,为真正实现工业4.0数字孪生智能制造控制系统做好充分准备。本文重点介绍了一种最新的数字化气动技术,结合其在PROFINET通信控制网络中的具体应用场景,为当前制造业提供了一种适应工业4.0智能制造趋势下市场需求,彻底简化全价值链,彻底降低自动化项目总所有成本,彻底提高生产力,创造巨大创新价值的气动自动化控制方案。 Digitalisation is the first key step for us to go to industry 4.0 smart manufacturing Automation operation technology OT(e.g.Pneumatic)and all kinds of components must need a totally thorough digitization transformation and upgrading,and through the industrial 4.0 backbone network communication technology CT(e.g.PROFINET),to be deeply digital integrated with information technology IT,to get fully prepared for the real realization of industrial 4.0 digital twin smart manufacturing control system.This article mainly introduced a new digitised pneumatics technology,combining with its specific application scenario in PROFINET communication and control network,provided a kind of pneumatic automation communication network coltrol solution with great value of innovation,which could meet the market demand of industry 4.0 smart manufacturing development trend,thoroughly simplified whole value chain,thoroughly reduced the automation projects total cost ownership,thoroughly increased productivity,for the current manufacturing industry.
