摘要
国产大豆蛋白水分含量参差不齐,相差2%~3%,影响加工参数及产品质量,将近红外检测技术应用于大豆及豆粕的水分、蛋白质、残油含量的快速检测,通过快速检测保证了加工过程中主要工艺参数的准确性,其相关系数都在0.95以上,并根据大豆质量进行分级存储,实现了分级储存及加工,根据大豆原粮的水分,通过润湿器与2%左右温水进行增压润湿,脱皮效率高达80%以上,粕中残油降低为0.5%,生产出48.0%以上的高蛋白粕,润湿脱皮提高了大豆产品的档次。
Moisture contents of domestic soybean proteins are uneven with a difference of 2%-3%,which affects processing parameters and qualities of products.Near infrared detection technology was applied to rapidly detect the moisture contents of soybeans and soybean meals,proteins,and residual oil contents to ensure the accuracy of the main processing parameters in the production processes.The correlation coefficient was above 0.95,and the hierarchical storage and processing were realized according to the qualities.Based on the raw grain moisture of soybeans,through the damper and 2%wet with warm water to pressurize,peeling efficiency was more than 80%,and the residual oil in the pulp decreased to 0.5%.More than 48.0%high protein meals were produced,and wetting and peeling improved the grades of soybean products.
