摘要
彝医“酒脚风”属现代医学“痛风”范畴.与中医学“痹证”“白虎历节风”类同,是指以肢体部分关节红肿、疼痛、麻木、重着,甚则骨节肿大变形,或在关节筋骨间、耳廓等处形成“块瘰”为主要症状的病证,轻者病在四肢关节肌肉,重者可内舍于脏.彝医毒邪理论认为“酒脚风”的发病是由于经常饮酒和过食腥辛肥甘之物,导致体内产生湿热之毒,清浊二气失调,加之风毒侵袭人体,内外之毒邪互结,停滞在经脉关节,阻碍血行,风热湿瘀之毒痹阻所致.彝医把“酒脚风”分为三期,针对风热湿瘀毒邪发病的机理,除用驱风清热、化浊行瘀的彝药内服治疗外,还采用独具特色的彝医外治法,如彝医水膏药疗法、彝药熏泡疗法以及刺血疗法等对酒脚风进行治疗.
Yi medicine "wine foot wind" belongs to the category of gout in modern medicine.similar to the "paralysis syndrome" and "white tiger calendar fever" of traditional Chinese medicine. It refers to the symptoms of swelling, pain,numbness, heaviness, or even swelling and deformation of the joints of the limbs, or the formation of "mass" between the joints. In light cases, the muscles of the joints of the limbs may be damaged, while in heavy cases, the internal organs may be damaged. According to the theory of toxic pathogens of Yi medicine, the pathogenesis of "alcoholic foot wind" is caused by frequent drinking and excessive eating of bitter, spicy, fat and sweet substances, resulting in damp-heat poisoning in the body, turbidity-clearing and two-qi imbalance, wind poisoning attacking the human body, internal and external toxic pathogens intertwined, stagnating in meridians and joints, obstructing blood circulation, wind-heat-damp-stasis poisonous obstruction. Yi medicine divides "wine foot wind" into three stages. In view of the pathogenesis of wind-heat, dampness and blood stasis, in addition to taking Yi medicine to remove wind and heat, remove turbidity and remove blood stasis, Yi medicine also adopts unique external treatment methods such as Yi medicine ointment therapy, Yi medicine fumigation therapy and pricking blood therapy to treat "wine foot wind".
