水泥辊压机联合粉磨系统的优化改造 被引量:1

摘要 中材湘潭水泥有限责任公司5 000t/d水泥生产线配置2套辊压机联合水泥粉磨系统,其中2号磨系统球磨机采用开流工艺,投产以来一直存在水泥成品温度高、产量低、系统电耗高等问题。为改善产品质量,提高系统产量,降低系统电耗,提升生产效益,公司于2018年中对该粉磨系统进行了优化改造,增加一台高效选粉机,将开流系统改为圈流系统,并对系统进行了相应的调整,实现圈流、开流两种模式的自由调整。改造后,闭路生产P·C32.5水泥不加粉煤灰时产量200t/h,工序电耗33kWh/t水泥;闭路生产P·O42.5水泥产量205t/h,比表面积360±15m^2/kg,水泥标准稠度需水量26%~27%,取得了良好效果。 Sinoma Xiangtan Cement Co., Ltd. has a 5 000 tpd cement production line with 2 sets of roller press cement combined-grinding system. One of the system was designed as open-circuit ball mill. After putting into operation,this open-circuit grinding system appeared many problems such as high products temperature,low capacity,more power consumption etc. In 2018,in order to improve products quality and reduce power consumption,the company implemented modification and optimization on this system,mainly,modificated it to a closed-circuit ball mill system with a high efficiency dynamic separator. After commissioning period,the capacity achieved 200 t/h and SPC is 33 kWh/t for P·C32.5 type cement. When produce P·O42.5 type cement, the capacity is about 205 t/h@360±15m^2/kg blain, and NC 26%~27%. Moreover, this system can be production in open-circuit or closed-circuit mode alternatively according to the requirements.
