复方甲氧那明联合自拟宣肺止咳汤治疗亚急性咳嗽的疗效观察

Clinical observation of self-made Xuanfei Zhike Decoction combined with compound methoxyphenamine in the treatment of subacute cough

目的观察复方甲氧那明联合自拟宣肺止咳汤治疗亚急性咳嗽的临床效果。方法选取医院门诊接受治疗的亚急性咳嗽患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予复方甲氧那明胶囊口服治疗,观察组给予复方甲氧那明胶囊联合宣肺止咳汤治疗,连续治疗1周。比较2组治疗前后的咳嗽症状积分、咯痰症状评分、治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果治疗前,2组日间及夜间咳嗽症状积分、咯痰症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后,2组上述积分较治疗前均降低,且观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P均<0. 05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95. 00%,高于对照组的80. 00%(P <0. 05);2组均未出现肝功能及肾功能异常,2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论复方甲氧那明联合自拟宣肺止咳汤治疗亚急性咳嗽的临床效果显著,可有效改善症状,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made Xuanfei Zhike Decoction combined with compound methoxyphenamine in the treatment of subacute cough. Methods Eighty patients with subacute cough were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with compound methoxyphenamine capsules orally,and the observation group was treated with Xuanfei Zhike Decoction on the basis of the control group. All patients were treated for 1 week. The therapeutic effects,cough symptom scores,sputum symptom scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in daytime and nighttime cough symptom scores and sputum symptom scores between the two groups( P >0. 05). After treatment,the above scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group decreased more than the control group.( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 00%,which was higher than that of the control group( 80. 00%)( P < 0. 05). There were no liver function and renal dysfunction in the two groups. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effect of self-made Xuanfei Zhike Decoction combined with compound methoxyphenamine in the treatment of subacute cough is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and less adverse reactions.
