摘要
文章通过分析一氧化碳变换装置因气化装置技改导致原料气中的水含量降低的问题,实施了增加中压蒸汽管线、加大废热锅炉旁路等技术改造,解决了原料气中的水含量降低的问题,保证了装置的稳定运行。
This paper analyses the influence of the reduction of water content in feed gas caused by the technological transformation of carbon monoxide conversion unit, implements the technological transformation of increasing medium pressure steam pipeline and bypass of waste heat boiler, solves the problem of the reduction of water content in feed gas and ensures the stable operation of the unit.
