摘要
随着开发时间的延长,受多种因素影响,渤海某油田生产水处理后悬浮物超标。作为控制油田注水质量的重要指标,悬浮物超标导致储层堵塞,地层能量供给不足,影响注水开发效果。通过研究发现,细菌及其代谢产物、滤料污染、流程波动及缺陷是影响悬浮物处理效果的关键原因,并有针对性的提出了药剂优选、柴油浸泡滤料、污水处理工艺及流程优化等措施。综合采用上述方法,处理后的生产水悬浮物平均含量可由4.12mg/L下降至2.56mg/L,在该油田的实际应用中取得了良好效果。
In this study, the reasons for excessive suspended matters in injection water were analyzed. Correspondingly, to avoid this unexpected excessiveness, many exercisable measures were put forward, mianly showing in controlling bacterial corrosion, soaking the filter material in diesel and optimizing oily wastewater treatment system. A case study from Bohai Oilfield shows that these proposed measures give a good capability in reducing the suspended matters content.
