高职院校建立学习型健美操队的必要性和可行性分析

本文对高职院校健美操队的现状特点进行调查研究,发现高职院校健美操队在学习、训练、管理等方面存在的问题,针对这些问题,引入学习型组织的运作机制,结合高职院校的特点,对高职院校建立学习型组织健美操队的可行性和必要性进行分析。提出建立学习型健美操队的建议。

This paper investigates the current characteristics of aerobics teams in higher vocational colleges,and finds problems in the study,training and management of aerobics teams in higher vocational colleges.In order to address these problems,the operational mechanism of learning organizations is introduced.Combined with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of establishing a learning organization aerobics team in higher vocational colleges.Proposal to establish a learning aerobics team.
