人既是生产者,也是消费者,人口结构变化既影响生产,也影响消费。当前我国经济增长出现了新常态,经济结构急需调整升级,与此同时,我国人口的老龄化程度不断加深,人口结构不断变化。受人口结构变化影响,我国的劳动力价格和社会的需求结构也发生了变化,劳动价格的变化和社会需求结构的变化又直接影响了社会投资。投资对产业的发展与升级有着重要的推动作用,为加快新常态下的产业结构转型升级,提升经济系统的效率,研究人口结构变化背景的产业投资具有重大的现实意义。鉴于此,文章选取了年龄结构、经济增长、金融发展程度等指标,研究了这些指标对第三产业投资的影响。研究发现,人口结构变动对第三产业投资有显著的正向影响,对产业结构的调整与升级有重要作用,并在此基础上提出相关建议。

People are both producers and consumers.The change of population structure affects both production and consumption.At present,China’s economic growth has emerged a new normal,and the economic structure needs to be adjusted and upgraded urgently.At the same time,the aging degree of our population is deepening,and the population structure is constantly changing.Influenced by the change of population structure,the price of labor force and the demand structure of society have also changed.The change of labor price and the change of social demand structure have a direct impact on social investment Investment plays an important role in promoting the development and upgrading of industry.In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure under the new normal conditions and improve the efficiency of the economic system,it is of great practical significance to study the industrial investment under the background of population structure changes.In view of this,this paper chooses age structure,economic growth,financial development and other indicators to study the impact of these indicators on tertiary industry investment.The study finds that the change of population structure has a significant positive impact on tertiary industry investment,and plays an important role in the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure.On this basis,relevant suggestions are put forward.
