温热化疗在肿瘤治疗中的应用研究进展

Application of thermo-chemotherapy in oncotherapy

从温热化疗的分类及其在肿瘤治疗中的作用(细胞毒作用、诱导细胞凋亡、协同增敏作用、抑制肿瘤侵袭与转移、增强免疫功能)两方面进行概述,并指出目前临床治疗中存在的问题和今后的研究方向,为温热化疗治疗肿瘤提供参考。

This paper summarizes from the two aspects involving the classification of thermo-chemotherapy and its application in oncotherapy( cytotoxicity,inducing apoptosis,synergistic sensitizing effect,inhibition of tumor invasion and metastasis as well as enhancement of immune function),and it also points out the existing problems in clinical treatment currently and research directions in the future,aiming at providing a reference for thermo-chemotherapy in oncotherapy.
