Research Progress on the Active Constituents and Utilizations of Pseudostellaria Heterophylla

太子参在我国临床应用方面具有悠长的用药历史,其也是药食两用植物,具有良好的药用价值和保健作用。文章对太子参主要化学组成、功能成分提取与分离以及生物活性3个方面进行综述,为深度开发利用太子参并扩展其在药品,特别是功能食品领域的应用提供依据。

Pseudostellaria heterophylla has been used in Chinese clinic for a long time. On the oterh hand, it is also a medicinal-food plant with good medicinal value and health-care function. In this paper, the chemical constituents in Pseudostellaria heterophylla, the extraction and separation of functional components, and the biological activities of were reviewed. so as to provide a basis for the in-depth development and utilization for Pseudostellaria heterophylla, and further expand application in the field of medicines, especially functional foods.
