交通事故影响下的快速路通行能力实证分析

摘要 交通事故是城市快速路长时间、大面积拥堵的主要原因,基于城市快速路事故管理系统与交通监控系统获取事故记录、交通流采集数据,利用大数据手段研究提取海量交通事故情况下快速路实际通行能力的数学模型,分析通行能力分布规律。结果显示,事故对道路通行能力存在严重影响,事故情况下单车道通行能力为939辆/h,为正常通行能力的49%,且随着车道数的增加,通行能力折减呈下降趋势。 Traffic accident is the main cause of long time and large area congestion of urban expressway. In this paper, based on the urban expressway accident management system and traffic monitoring system to obtain accident records, traffic flow collection data, based on multi-source data fusion, using big data means to design a model to extract the actual capacity of expressway under the condition of massive traffic accidents, and analyze the distribution law of traffic capacity. The results show that the accident has a serious impact on the road capacity. Under the condition of the accident, the single lane capacity is 939 vehicles per hour, which is 49% of the normal traffic capacity, and with the increase of the number of lanes, the decrease of traffic capacity shows a downward trend.
