作为列宁晚年"政治遗嘱"中的重要著作之一,《日记摘录》从文化基础、物质基础、人才基础、制度基础等方面阐述了当时苏维埃俄国语境下社会主义文化建设的现实困境,并从扫除文盲和提高人民群众识字率、合理分配经费和拨付物资、吸收和改造旧知识分子、建构工人与农民之间的友好交往制度体系等方面提出了加强社会主义文化建设的现实举措。列宁晚年著作《日记摘录》中关于社会主义文化建设的思想,对于新时代推进中国特色社会主义文化建设仍然具有重要意义。

As one of the important works in Lenin’s "political will"in his later years, the diary excerpt expounds the realistic predicament of socialist cultural construction in the Soviet Russian language environment at that time from the aspects of cultural basis, material basis, talent basis and system basis;and puts forward the practical measures to strengthen the construction of socialist culture from the aspects of eliminating illiteracy and improving the literacy rate of the people, reasonably distributing funds and materials, absorbing and transforming the old intellectuals, the construction of the friendly communication system between the workers and the peasants and so on.
