摘要
在运用社会分层理论的基础上,分析了高校发展型资助为贫困阶层向上流动提供保障。文章从项目内容、项目形式和项目考核等方面剖析了发展型资助实施的困境,提出了以项目创建推进发展型资助育人实施策略,包含项目宗旨原则、项目主题设计、项目过程管理和项目效果评价,希望通过对发展型资助育人的探索与研究,更好地为贫困生的成长成才服务。
Based on the theory of social stratification, this paper analyzes the protection of development-oriented aid for the upward mobility of the poor class. This paper analyzes the dilemma of the implementation of development-oriented funding from the aspects of project content, project form and project assessment, and puts forward the implementation strategy of promoting development-oriented funding and education of people by project creation, including project tenet and principle, project theme design, project process management and project effect evaluation. It is hoped that through the exploration and research of development-funded education it can better serve the growth of poor students.
