摘要
华能营口仙人岛热电有限公司2×50 MW背压机组汽轮机排汽及中压可调节抽汽分别通过单独管道供至厂外热网工业用户,设计2台中压、低压减温减压装置,作为机组停机时供热备用,容量为单台汽轮机组额定供汽量。汽源采用主蒸汽母管来汽,经减温减压后,蒸汽参数与排汽及中压可调节抽汽参数相匹配。为防止影响厂外工业用汽稳定性,在紧急停机时,2台中压、低压减温减压装置自动投入,实现向厂外工业用户不间断供汽,减少损失。
In Huaneng Yingkou Xianrendao thermal power Co.,Ltd.,2×50 MW back pressure turbine exhaust and medium pressure adjustable exhaust are supplied to the industrial users of the outside heat network through separate pipes respectively.Two medium and low temperature and pressure reduction devices are designed as standby means of heating when the unit is shut down,and their capaci ty is rated steam supply of a single steam turbine unit.The main steam main pipe is used as the steam source.After temperature reduc tion and pressure reduction,the steam parameters match the exhaust and medium pressure adjustable extraction parameters.In order to prevent affecting the stability of industrial steam outside the factory,two low and medium pressure temperature and pressure reducing and decompression devices are automatically put into operation during emergency shutdown,so as to realize uninterrupted steam supply to industrial users outside the factory and reduce losses.
