Fuel and Oil Leakage Analysis of Drain Mast on the CFM56-5B

CFM56-5B发动机的燃滑油渗漏现象在日常维护工作中常有发生。按照漏油油液流淌的路径的不同,大致分为两类。第一类是部件本体漏油,漏出的油液直接流到部件外表面;第二类是油液由部件上的余油管进行收集,经排放管的排放口排出发动机。通常第一类能较好地被识别,而第二类比第一类识别起来较为复杂。为了更好地对第二类漏油进行识别,本文拟对CFM56-5B发动机排放管的燃滑油渗漏情况的进行排故分析,从而找出相关渗漏原因,以保障发动机的可靠性。

The fuel and oil leakage of CFM56-5B often occurs in daily maintenance work.According to the different flow path of leakage,it can be roughly divided into two types.The first type is that the component body leaks fluid,and the leaked fluid flows directly to the external surface of the component;the second type is that the fluid is collected by the remaining fluid pipe on the component,and then drains out of the engine through the drain mast.Normally,the first type can be identified well,while the second type is more complex than the first type.In order to better identify the second type of fuel and oil leakage,this paper intends to do the troubleshooting analysis of the fuel and oil leakage of the drain mast of CFM56-5B engine,so as to find out the causes and keep the reliability of the engine.
