摘要
根据当前中国职业教育学徒制教学改革中出现的学徒岗位设置不科学、精准度不高的现象,笔者所在学校借助上汽集团旗下企业的优质平台,以汽车专业群为试点,共同在以精准岗位现代学徒制为导向的人才培养方案、课程标准、教学方式、相关考核机制和管理制度等方面开展深入、系统、规范的研究及实践,为国内其他职业院校开展精准岗位学徒制教学改革提供一套行之有效的方案与措施,同时为职业院校和职业教育管理决策部门提供参考模式和可操作性评估标准。
According to the phenomenon of unscientific and low accuracy in the current apprenticeship teaching reform of China's vocational education,with the help of the high-quality platform of SAIC Group's enterprises,the school of the author takes the automobile professional group as the pilot,and jointly works on the talent training scheme,curriculum standard,teaching method,relevant assessment mechanism and management system guided by the modern apprenticeship system of precise posts,in order to provide a set of effective programs and measures for other vocational colleges in China to carry out the precise post apprenticeship teaching reform,and to provide reference models and operational evaluation standards for Vocational Colleges and vocational education management decision-making departments.
