眼碱烧伤后干眼表现及转化生长因子-β表达的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨眼碱烧伤后干眼的表现及转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的表达。方法病例对照研究。收集2017年1月至2018年6月该院Ⅰ~Ⅳ度眼部碱烧伤26例(33只眼)为观察组,以同期正常人10例(10只眼)为对照组,随访3个月。观察患者烧伤后1天、1和3个月时的视力、眼压、BUT、Schirmer I试验、泪河高度和角膜厚度,并采用Western blot法测定TGF-β1和TGF-β2的蛋白表达水平。结果眼碱烧伤后3个月观察组BUT和Schirmer I试验结果较对照组少(P<0.05)。眼碱烧伤后各时间点观察组的角膜厚度和泪河高度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。TGF-β1及TGF-β2蛋白表达量与BUT呈显著负相关(P=0.046,P=0.036)。TGF-β2与角膜厚度呈显著正相关(P=0.024)。结论眼部碱烧伤会导致干眼的发生,同时泪液中TGF-β1和TGF-β2蛋白表达量可能与眼部碱烧伤后干眼的发生有关。 Objective To investigate the manifestation of dry eye and TGF-βexpression in patients after ocular alkali burns.Methods This is a case-control study.Total of 33 eyes of 26 cases with alkali burns of I-IV degrees from Jan.2017 to Jun.2018 in this hospital were selected as observation group,and 10 eyes of 10 cases of normal people were selected as control group.The followed-up time was 3 months.The visual acuity,intraocular pressure,BUT,SchirmerⅠtest,lacrimal rivus height and corneal thickness were observed at 1 day,1 and 3 months after ocular alkali burn.The protein expression of TGF-β1 and TGF-β2 were examined with western-blot analysis.Results BUT and Schirmer I test in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3 months after ocular alkali burn(P<0.05).The corneal thickness and the lacrimal rivus height at each time after ocular alkali burn were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The protein expressions of TGF-β1 and TGF-β2 were significantly negatively correlated with BUT(P=0.046,0.036),and TGF-β2 was significantly positively correlated with corneal thickness(P=0.024).Conclusion Ocular alkali burns can cause dry eye,and the expressions of TGF-β1 and TGF-β2 in tears may be related to the occurrence of dry eye after ocular alkali burn.
