摘要
文章立足于江苏科技发展现状,分析以项目合作、共建创新载体、人才交流与培养为纽带的3种产学研合作模式在江苏实践中的优劣势,提出优化江苏产学研合作模式要充分发挥企业的主体作用来选择产学研合作模式、充分发挥政产学研合作模式来构建自主可控现代产业体系、建立线上产学研对接平台来完善产学研合作模式等建议。
Based on the current situations of the development of science and technology in Jiangsu Province,we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of three cooperation modes(project cooperation,co-construction the carrier of innovation,and communication and training of professionals)in Jiangsu province.It is proposed that several measures could be carried out to optimize the cooperation modes of Jiangsu Industry-University-Research.The cooperation modes should be selected fully in consideration of the main roles of enterprises.It is also advised to build an independent and controllable modern industrial system by means of cooperation of government-industry-universityresearch.Moreover,the cooperation modes also can be improved by establishing an online docking platform of Industry-University-Research.
