加强民营科技型企业科技管理工作的若干思考

Some thoughts on strengthening science and technology management of private science and technology enterprises

民营科技型企业是繁荣我国科学技术事业和发展高新技术产业的一支强劲主力军,但它在发展过程中在科技管理工作上存在着资金不畅、融资困难、管理机制落后、企业整体素质不高、缺乏创新能力等问题。文章针对此类问题,提出几点建议:首先,政府加大对民营科技型企业的扶持力度;其次,制定完善的管理机制;最后,给予工作人员最大的保障等。在新时代,在中国发展的关键时刻,我国更要注重民营科技型企业的发展,加强民营科技型企业科技管理工作。

Private science and technology enterprises are a strong main force for the prosperity of China’s science and technology undertakings and the development of high-tech industry, but it has some problems in the process of development in science and technology management, such as poor funds, difficult financing, backward management mechanism, poor overall quality of enterprises, lack of innovation ability and so on. In view of this kind of problem,some suggestions are put forward. First of all, the government increases support for private science and technology enterprises;Secondly, the establishment of a sound management mechanism. Thirdly give the staff the greatest protection. In the new era, at the critical moment of China’s development, we should pay more attention to the development of private science and technology enterprises and strengthen the science and technology management of private science and technology enterprises.
