摘要
表面贴装技术是将贴片元器件贴到表面安装基板上的一种新型电子产品装配技术,其应用范围涉及民用和军用方面,在军用方面,该技术应用在陆、海、空、天各大平台,是新一代军用电子装备实现高精度、高可靠、轻质化的关键技术。文章通过开展基于协同共享的表面贴装技术研发管理研究,解决现有技术研发团队存在的问题,建立一支设计、集成工艺与制造全流程协同研发的团队,制定表面贴装研发管理的规章与制度,推动表面贴装技术研发和攻关的进度。文章认为,通过本项目的实施,可以建立切实可行的资源共享机制,提升军用行业的表面贴装技术的水平,形成集产、学、研于一体的先进管理模式。
Surface mount technology is a new type of electronic product assembly technology, which places the SMT components on the surface mounting substrates. Its application range covers civil and military electronic products. In military aspect, the technology is applied to the platforms of land, sea, air and sky. It is the key technology for the new generation of military electronic equipment to achieve high precision, high reliability and light weight. In this paper,through the research on the R & D management of surface mount technology based on collaborative sharing, the problems of the SMT R & D team are solved, a team of collaborative R & D, integration process and manufacturing are established, the rules and regulations of surface mount R & D management are formulated, and the progress of R & D and research of surface mount technology are promoted. Through the implementation of this project, we establish a practical resource sharing mechanism, which improves the level of surface mounting technology in the military industry,and forms an advanced management mode for integrating production, learning and research.
