江苏省太湖流域印染行业存在环境问题及发展建议

Analysis and suggestions on the environmental problems of printing and dyeing industry in Taihu Lake Basin in Jiangsu province

随着新《江苏省太湖水污染防治条例》实施,江苏省太湖流域印染行业亟须产业转型升级。文章通过梳理江苏省太湖流域印染行业企业环境保护状况,分别从清洁生产水平、污染防治与控制措施、环境监管等方面分析太湖流域印染行业存在的环境问题,并提出适应当前环境保护管理要求的行业环境问题综合整治对策建议。

With the implementation of the new Regulations of Jiangsu province on the prevention and control of water pollution in Taihu Lake,the printing and dyeing industry in Taihu Lake Basin of Jiangsu province needs to be upgraded.By combing the environmental protection status of printing and dyeing enterprises in Taihu Lake Basin,this paper analyzes the environmental problems existing in the printing and dyeing industry in Taihu Lake Basin from the aspects of clean production level,pollution prevention and control measures,environmental supervision,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for comprehensive treatment of environmental problems in the industry to meet the requirements of current environmental protection management.
