药学干预对农村慢性疾病患者用药依从性的影响

Effect of Pharmacist Intervention on Drug Compliance of Rural Patients with Chronic Diseases

目的探讨药学干预对农村慢性疾病患者用药依从性的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2017年10月湛江市第一中医医院心内科出院的农村地区慢性疾病患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组40例(根据疾病相关管理要求进行监控)、观察组40例(在常规监控基础上+药学干预),对所有患者随访12个月,比较两组患者干预前以及干预后3个月、12个月服药依从性差异,观察两组疾病干预效果,统计治疗期间药品不良反应发生情况。结果观察组干预后3个月、12个月用药依从性分别为72.50%、85.00%,高于对照组的22.50%、27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预效果为90.00%,高于对照组的65.00%,不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对农村慢性疾病患者进行药学干预,可有效提高患者服药依从性,降低药品不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on drug compliance of rural patients with chronic diseases. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic diseases discharged from Cardiology Department of Zhanjiang First Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and divided into control group(40 cases were monitored according to the requirements of disease-related management) and observation group(40 cases were monitored on the basis of routine monitoring plus Pharmacist intervention). All patients were followed up for 12 months. We compared the drug compliance of 2 groups of patients before intervention and 3 months and 12 months after intervention and observed the effect of disease intervention, counting the occurrence of adverse drug reactions during treatment. Results The compliance of the observation group was 72.50% and 85.00% in 3 months and 12 months after intervention, which was higher than 22.50% and 27.50% in the control group(P<0.05). The intervention effect of the observation group was 90.00%, higher than 65.00% in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00%, lower than 12.50% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Pharmacist intervention for rural patients with chronic diseases can effectively improve the drug compliance of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
