酪酸梭菌活菌散联合肠内营养在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用价值

Application Value of Clostridium Butyricum Viable Powder Combined with Enteral Nutrition in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨酪酸梭菌活菌散联合肠内营养在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)治疗中的应用价值。方法选取沈阳医学院附属中心医院2017年2月至2018年2月收治的SAP患者58例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同将其分为观察组29例(酪酸梭菌活菌散+肠内营养)和对照组29例(全胃肠外营养),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组发热、血淀粉酶异常、腹部压痛、腹痛和腹胀等持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组淀粉酶、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间、并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酪酸梭菌活菌散联合肠内营养治疗SAP效果显著,可有效改善肠道菌群平衡,减轻炎症反应,改善患者临床症状。

Objective To explore the application value of clostridium butyricum viable powder combined with enteral nutrition in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods A total of 58 SAP patients admitted to the Affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group(29 cases of Clostridium butyricum powder + enteral nutrition) and control group(29 cases of total parenteral nutrition). The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared. Results The duration of fever, abnormal blood amylase, abdominal tenderness, abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of amylase, c-reactive protein(CRP), interleukin-8(IL-8) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The hospitalization time and complication rate of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Clostridium butyricum viable powder combined with enteral nutrition is effective in the treatment of SAP. It can effectively improve the balance of intestinal flora, alleviate inflammatory reaction and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
