摘要
针对永磁机构开关停电后无法操作合闸的问题,设计了一种宽范围的便携永磁驱动模块,兼容220V-380V的操作机构。给出了该模块的功能框图和各模块的设计实现,核心部件基于CPLD设计,内置锂电池和高压电容,可不依赖于交流电进行永磁机构的应急合闸。运行结果表明,该模块具有结构简单、使用方便、可靠性高等特点,对永磁开关现场故障的恢复供电具有重要意义。
In view of the problem that the switch of permanent magnet mechanism cannot be closed after power failure,a wide range of portable permanent magnet drive module compatible with 220V-380V operation mechanism is designed.The functional block diagram of the module and the design and implementation of each module are given.The core components are designed based on CPLD,with built-in lithium batteries and high voltage capacitors.The emergency closing of permanent magnet mechanism can be carried out without relying on AC.The operation results show that the module has the characteristics of simple structure,convenient use and high reliability,and it is of great significance to restore the power supply of permanent magnet switch in the field.
